Kettle soured Pale Ale with fresh hops from Four Star Farms, just off the bine. We get 100% of our hops from Four Star Farms. Four Star Farm's terroir is one of a kind, nestled in a river valley floodplain of the pioneer valley. Soured with native lactobacillus. 5.2% abv.

This beer showcases the bright tropical fruit flavors of New England hops. Instead of west coast hops’ dank citrus and pine flavors, these New England hops offer profiles of grapefruit and bright pineapple. This beer is rich, balanced, and complex, thanks to our native lactobacilli and Brattleboro mixed culture yeast.
