50% Sémillon 30% Sauvignon 20% grown in the Hillsides of the Dordogne valley.
A white wine from the Southern-West region with unique, fresh and low tannin aromas thanks to the exquisite bitterness brought by the maceration of the Sauvignon and the Chenin.
Maceration of the Sauvignon for 48 hours, the Semillon and the Chenin are directly but progressively pressed, indigenous yeasts, 20% aged in 4 year-old barrels for 6 month with no topping-up, aging on fine lees.
A unique and fun wine that we love so much that we bought the last of the 2018 vintage from our distributor!
