The Douro is divided between two denominations of origin: Port and Douro Wines. The difference lays on the addition of brandy. At Quinta do Mourão, the distinction ends there since they give Douro wine the same care as Port, seeking for quality and potential of ageing. The winery is made up of 5 estates.
