"Like an afternoon stroll through a citrus grove with warm sun on your face, we set out to capture the feeling of good days to come in a bottle. This ale is brewed using estate-grown wheat and fermented in our barn loft coolship with wild-captured yeast from our grain fields. Extended conditioning atop the fresh zest and flesh of grapefruit, orange, and lime, as well as lemon juice, offer a dynamic expression of ester and citrus-driven aromatics. Its brightness and effervescence leaves us with optimism for what’s ahead."
